Product Overview
The SC(B)H series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is a high-efficiency energy-saving transformer. It combines the low loss of amorphous alloy material with the high insulation and mechanical strength of traditional epoxy resin casting. The core is made of amorphous alloy strip. Compared with the traditional SCB10 series silicon steel dry-type transformer, no-load loss is reduced by 75–80% and no-load current by 80%.
The SC(B)H series meets the requirements of national standards GB1094 “Power Transformers” and GB/T22072-2008 “Technical Parameters and Requirements for Dry-Type Amorphous Alloy Core Distribution Transformers”.
Key Features
- Amorphous alloy core: Wound from amorphous alloy strip, with three-phase five-column or three-phase three-column wound core structure as required; rectangular core section.
- High-voltage coil: Segmented cylindrical coil with thin insulation and sealed vacuum casting; large-capacity winding with axial air passages. Provides high voltage resistance, low partial discharge, dust prevention and effective cooling.
- Low-voltage coil: Foil coil with DMD prepreg cloth between layers, thermally cured and formed. This effectively solves the ampere-turn imbalance problem of low-voltage high-current wire-wound coils. The foil coil has no axial winding helix angle, greatly reducing axial force during short circuit; it offers good manufacturability, low additional loss and strong short-circuit resistance.
- Energy savings: Significantly lower no-load loss and no-load current compared with conventional silicon steel dry-type transformers.
- Enclosure options: According to user needs, an ordinary steel plate, aluminum alloy or stainless steel enclosure can be configured, with protection grades IP20 or IP23 and other options. High- and low-voltage busbar incoming and outgoing interfaces can also be configured as required.
Applications
The SC(B)H series is suitable for distribution systems where energy efficiency, safety and low maintenance are important. Typical applications include commercial buildings, industrial facilities, utility substations, renewable energy projects and infrastructure where dry-type transformers are preferred for fire safety and environmental reasons.
